Are there folks on this site that work with REDD?

I am currently working with a Yale group on leadership training in Panama which is gearing up to implement REDD payments through the World Bank.

anyone have experience with REDD-Panama or REDD in general?

This is also and interesting publication.

www.redd-monitor.org and www.carbontradewatch.org VERY critical of REDD.
